Quality monitoring is a process in which tools review the quality of all factors involved in production. This approach places an emphasis on three aspects
1. Elements such as controls, job management, defined and well managed processes, performance and integrity criteria, and identification of records.
2. Competence, such as knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications.
3. Soft elements, such as personnel integrity, confidence, organizational culture, motivation, team spirit, and quality relationships.
Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines are automated milling machines that make motor bike parts without human assistance. This is possible because CNC machines are fed a series of instructions that are delivered to an internal computer controller. These instructions are in the form of codes that belong to the numerical control programming language.
Consistency of work pieces produced – Since a CNC machine executes a program, and it will do so in exactly the same fashion time and time again, the consistency of work pieces produced is much better than work pieces run on conventional machine tools.
